SHAPED CANVAS

Inspired by the Post-painterly Abstraction movement of the 60s and its focus on two-dimensionality and hard-edged shapes, these bedding designs blend geometry and a painterly hand.

PROCESS

Developed a wide range of motifs by mark-making focusing on geometric shapes using acrylic, gouache, and charcoal. These motifs were later scanned and cleaned up and laid out in Photoshop.
